DeLong's Turkey Breast Membrane Skinner has the capabilities of processing 1 breast lobe every 4 seconds. The Skinning rollers are designed to lightly grab the membrane and any left over skin from the breast. Tests show this machine can be operated at a 100% yield after employee training.
